I got the stupid webley and scott nemesis in today it doesn't work

well I was looking forward to your thoughts on this pistol and I'm sorry for your bad experience

is the piercing pin in the cap??? and of course it's not in the cap but on the valve face

I did watch a video on the pistol and it was ok, he had gotten a .177 and .22 and the .22 would not hold gas so there is a quality control problem and would guess these are not test before packaging, it's too bad

yes I'm the same guy that had the thread up that I ordered one. The company I bought it from will pay for shipping back . they said they will give me a new one. I want to them to test fire it before they send it to me but they want money to test fire it. I never had these issues with the crosman, Benjamin and Sheridan air guns I've owned. this Webley has better sights and a better trigger than a stock crosman 2240. it also has daul magazines but they are a pain to get in and out of the gun. I will use the single shot tray it came with if I can get a good webley sent to me.

a little late to switch pistols but a Diana Chaser kit would have been a better option

the Webley name was once a great company that had well made products but that has changed

I have wondered about who makes this pistol for Webley but haven't made a lot of effort to look

back in 1983 I bought a new Carver amp and it was 1500.00 and the sales guy who I knew well said it anything goes wrong bring it back and we will fix it

I said I just paid 1500.00 for the amp why would it go bad and he said they tell a Mercedes customer the same thing, it lasted 2 weeks and I had a 35 watt amp for a month

so the moral of the story is sh-t happens

oh the amp, it failed again and I took it back to Carver this time and they said someone had epoxied the main board because is had cracked in half and was no good and wanted money to fix it, i paid nothing for the repair and it still works sorry for the side story
