i figured both of those 2 i wonder is 1 of the white filters in it allready or do i have to install 1

Best to open the filter housing and check. I can't remember off hand.

ok i will, it was 100 off at amazon because it had damaged box they come in but unit itself is fine and the power supply, they said they just opened it to see if box damage had damaged the unit
