Hydro dipped stocks

I am thinking about having my wildcat synthetic stock hydro dipped. For those of you that have had a stock done how did it turn out? How durable are they?

Had my Bobcat dipped. Turned out really good. Not sure yet of durability.

Same guy that did Centercut's did mine. Seems durable but I baby all of my equipment so I really don't know either.

Had it done for EBR last year. So was dipped second half of September.

If the Hydrodipper offers a clear matte cerakote finish thats the most durable way to go. If you don't specify/ask for it, they will likely use an automotive grade clear coat.

Great looking guns folks. I have had several guns hydro dipped over the years (all PB) and the finish is durable as long as you dont let the stock rub on anything. Like the roof of a Polaris Ranger or the rail of your duck boat. It will chip and flake off once an area opens up.
