N/A Hy-Score questions

I have a Hy-Score M809 springer in mint condition with one exception: the disk that was mounted in the stock is missing. Does anyone know where I can find an original. I can always make a blank to fill the hole but an original would be nice.

Also, can someone tell me what the Diana model # for the M809 is.

I think it would be hard to find a Hy-score replacement stock disk. You could make a mold if you have access to an original then cast it in epoxy and paint it gold like the original.

and it appears the 809 stock has its own design so that makes the finding of something that is rare as a Unicorn
you could make a brass slug for the stock and have it engraved, factory no but the best you could do to fill the recess in the stock

Thanks for the tip but, unfortunately, Hy-Score used at least 2 sizes of disk. The smaller rifles like the 808 used a disk that's approximately 5/8" in diameter, the larger rifles like the 809 used a disk diameter of about 7/8".

I would keep checking places for old stocks. I've seen them before

I have a 808 and 801. Didn't know there were different sizes of emblems.

If I eventually give up looking for the correct disk, a nickel is a perfect fit in the disk hole.

That is exactly what I thought when I saw that a nickel would fit.
