Hey just wondering if anyone has a guide on how to disassemble and reassemble these trigger packs? Aswell as what and were to polish and what grit sand paper should be used.

Be careful where you do it. I launched the spring out of mine during reassembly. I found it six months later behind some boxes on the far side of my garage.

Every time I do one I say I'll never do another. It really doesn't make a monumental difference, and it's quite the pain in the butt.
But if you do, use stones. No power tools or sandpaper. Just small oil or whetstones. Fine grade.

cool ya I lost the spring for my safety trying to install the trigger pack 3 times on the third time I acculy couldn't find it Haha. I used a spring from a ball point pen but I thinknit maybe be effecting the trigger...I just find the trigger feels completely diffrent every time I pick it up...the first stage has a nice heavy pull then on the next shot its light and has no weight behind it. and if you screw it in to much you really got to squeeze itnon the 2nd stage. I'm going to take it apart and try tunning it more and lightly sand n polish the internals of the trigger pack.

I read it somewhere on here, or on GTA....nced posted that he adjusts the screw by pointing the muzzle up, tighten the screw until the trigger rises to the stop, then go in 1 full turn.
I think I'm at around 3/4 of a turn in, after the trigger lifted to the stop. 1/2 a turn wasn't enough.

hey guys polished and tuned and reassembled but the bottom sear wont reacher engage the top sear what do I do??

also it's like the top sear does the opposite of what its suposed to springs forward I stead of back wards...diagrams show the spring tension in two diffrent spots....that britishguy anoying af anyone have a better guide or one they did them self also mines the new style record trigger need help reassembling please

When I had mine out (not apart) to swap in a set back trigger, lever 2 ended up on the wrong side of lever 1 and 3....somehow (I had the trigger blade out, then put in a new one, and was double checking engagement). So I couldn't cock the trigger. I somehow got it back where it needed to be. Maybe that's what's going on with yours? The image shows it in the cocked state. maybe...my lever 2 is spring loaded forward which I'm pretty sure is 90 %of the problem if I move the levers around I can get it to cock but nothing happens when I pull the trigger it's like the bottom sear doesnt do anything....I'll take some pictures give me a few minutes

I warned you not to take it apart! 
When it's uncocked, Lever 1 should spring up, and the top of Lever 2 should spring back. If they do that, your springs are likely right.
Did you mess with the Torx 8 screw at all? If it's outta whack the trigger won't really do anything. I have a spare pack at home in the drawer, but won't be there for a day or two.

From memory (which is failing more and more each day), I know your favorite British guy mentions some "fiddling" with the springs, and has a trick in the video....or maybe that's a different video, that covers the reassembly.
FWIW....I remember the head of my torx screw being very close to almost level with 3a (maybe 1 or 2 or 3 threads showing, on the torx head side). It was set this way from the factory. I did not mess with it.

ya exactly and my lever 2 springs forwards if I can get it to spring back it will work! but the diagram shows it makes it spring forward...surprised theres not more guides on the internet..damn got to watch that British guy again

The spring appears correct, you have to wrap that long leg around to rest on the same pin as the other spring. It's got a fair amount of preload on it.

finaly got it works perfect. if you look closely my lever 2 spring was acculy upside down putting the opposite pressure of what its suppose to do locking lever 2 forward Instead of backwards. all parts got a nice mirror finish works great. thanks
