Does anyone make an insert moderator to fit into the hollow barrel section at the end of my HW97K? I do have a factory moderator but it adds a lot of length to the gun. Thank you

I saw a couple of 3D printed ones on youtube with no noticeable reduction in noise. I tried using 2 to 3 rubber grommets but didn't notice much of a difference. Adding sponge or felt material might make this method more effective.

Tinbum used to make one. I tried it in my HW97k and it hushed the sound a little bit. It was basically a hair curler with felt around the outside. You could try to find a hair curler to fit, or use a spring with some felt wrapped around it.
Just bear in mind that there isn't a lot of volume to play with, so any improvements will be MINOR. The Tinbum kit mainly just took the crack out of the shot.

What caliber are you running? Seems like the .177 has a little more bark. I totally forgot about the hair curler mod!
