HW97 disassembly clean assemble

I took the plunge and tore down my HW97 I could not resist the urge to tinker. After watching the videos it was easy except for loosening the rear trigger housing, that took a little work. Thoroughly cleaned polished the spring ends and the washers that it sits on. Put some synthetic moly grease on spots that had wear and very thinly everywhere else and a thin coat of sticky red grease on the spring. The only upgrade I tried was a soda bottle plastic for a spring sleeve in the piston and reassembled. Now I know why people spend the time to upgrade or change the internals, it was relatively easy. Now I will order some teflon sheets for a spring sleeve the plastic quieted it down a little. Thanks to everyone who took the time to post videos and tutorials on this. Now to finish building a DL44 for my grandsons Christmas.
