HW96L part?

This am my HW95L was not shooting right so I decided to do the ARH tune after the chrono indicated a 50 FPS drop from previous testing. After the ARH install, (my First ever), I found this part lying on the floor below where I was working and I cannot figure if it fell out of my rifle and need help please. The part is about 3/8" long & 1/8" diameter and is a metal cylinder. After the tune the rifle shoots excellent and FPS is up to 718 FPS shooting H&N FTT 14.66 gr. The sound seems to be much more like a rifle and not as tinny to me. Thanks for the help in identifying the part if in fact it did come from my 95. (Title should be HW95L)

This is the piston seal that I replaced after about 2K/3K shots & chrono data.

WOW! That piston seal is toast! The ARH kit really does a great job.

I had mine apart recently(many times) and did not see any such part. Did you remove the cocking arm from the barrel?

It's most likely the bushing that goes into the trigger that the rear cross pin (DP095) goes through. Without it the trigger guard is the only thing holding the trigger in alignment. I would have though there would be issues with the safety button without it. They are usually pressed tight in the trigger cage but on some they fall out like the rear 4mm nut.

I’m with SpringGunner. On occasion the same bushing slips out when I breakdown my 98.

Good deal ! I now realize the diagram I posted didn't even show the trigger unit. Those velocity results are right up there with my RWS 34 for that pellet.
