HW95 (sub 10fpe) Slug Shootout

Third video in the Springers shooting slug series. Specifically started testing the Mako slugs as they are made for Sub 12fpe guns. This one was the AHA! moment, the Makos shot well, but it was the competition that shined. I was pretty dumbfounded as frankly I was not expecting this result.

All ammo is in .177 out of an HW95 shooting pellets around 9.5fpe or so, all at 27 yards.

Intenseaty22,

What caliber is this?

It's not a stupid venture, I have a guy in my club that shoots a TX 200 in .177 that shoots my 2S hollowpoint 15 grain flat base slugs rather well. It shoots around 13 ft.lbs or so.

PM me your address, and I'll send you some sample packs to test.

Thanks Tom. These are .177, the Makos are 10.5gr, the KO are 10.03. PM incoming & thank you for the offer. All of my guns in .177 are sub 12, except perhaps the HW97s that I actually don't shoot at all, they may be shooting a little hotter.
