HW/Weihrauch HW50S - Out of Box

Just received my HW50S from AirgunDepot. After unboxing I noticed this line going around the action area. Almost looks like a tooling mark.

The only other Weihrauch I have is an HW98 and it is immaculate. Curious if this is normal for the HW50S? Thoughts?

I’m probably being a bit critical it’s just going to be a squirrel gun! But still…

Yes, it is supposed to be there.

It is where the breech and barrel fork is welded or soldered to the main tube.

Its fairly common. Many weihrauchs have that. My First Hw30 came with that and discoloration at that band. My ocd blew a fuse. Until I saw it on other guns. Some have it some don't. My 1992 r1 has it. It's nothing new or of concern.

Thanks for the knowledge. Got it dialed in now, seems to be shooting lasers! @Mycapt65 you may recognize this setup! If you could refrain from posting your toys for a while the wife would appreciate it! Exactly what I was looking for though! Just got it sighted in before the rain came!
