Tuning HW100 leaking cylinder fill valve, easy fix

if you have an HW100 or 110 with a leaking cylinder fill valve, it's easy to fix, Remove the Cylinder from the gun, DE-GAS the Cylinder first, it may be hard to remove the Gauge fill valve end, you will need to clamp it with a pair of channel locks, use rubber or a rag to protect the cylinder, use a large Crescent wrench to loosen the gauge end, once removed the fill valve will be under the Ported Chrome Screw, use a large blade screw driver that fits tight in the slot, do not use a worn screw driver as it will damage the screw, the screw will be very tight so use a vice or Crescent wrench to hold it, be careful removing the ported screw, the spring and brass pin, there will be a brass rubber seal inside, replace it with a 006/P3 O-ring, make sure to lightly lube the O-ring with silicone oil or grease reassemble, you don't need to tighten the ported screw as tight as the factory, just tight very snug, lube the O-ring on the Cylinder end and tighten very snug, re fill the Cylinder and leak test.

note: the O-ring I used was from a Harbor Freight O-ring kit, works good, you can buy O-rings from you favorite place too..... O-ring size is 006/P3.....👌
