I did a reply PM concerning HW100 leak. Funny, not a week later my HW100 sprung a pretty big leak. I first tried the cylinder side orings, with no change. Let the filled cylinder sit out overnight, to see if it leaked - negative.
Split the receiver in half to get to the suspected oring.
Removed 2 4mm screws to get to the oring that sits on a plunger. This is on the front half of the receiver with two staggered 4mm screws.
Removed old oring below the white plastic shaft. It was "worn".
Installed new oring from my Amazon oring kit. Metric seemed to fit best.
Smooshed oring on the left of the photo above.
This is my third HW100, and this oring was the leak in all 3. I bet it was a 10 minute job because I knew how to replace it. Looks solid after 8 hours. Oring was 13x1.5 nitrile NBR70.
