HW100 help, won't fill

So I bought a used HW100, (made 2017 according to cylinder date), and it was great for a few sessions, but then would not fill.
I think there are at least 2 main issues.

With the cylinder removed, it does not seal on the threaded end. I think it should fill out of the rifle, is this correct? As a sub-minor issue, the probe also leaks, so I guess the probe needs 2 o rings?

Second issue is air rushes out of a hole in the receiver near where the cylinder screws in when filling. I ordered new 005 Buna N 70 orings, and these new orings did not solve the problem. I have 2 new rebuild kits ordered, but they are coming from UK, so it will be a while for delivery.

Not directly related, but the pressure gauge is not OEM, the o ring from the barrel band is missing, and the silencer has been changed to a Tanto. The fill probe looks old, so I think this rifle was used for parts on other projects.

I don't think the kit has orings for the fill probe, any idea of the size and type of oring? I don't know if the kit has oring for the barrel band, so a size would be great.

Thanks in advance, this is a frustrating purchase.

The aftermarket gauge is a telltale sign to me that it's a RatWorks fill end. And unfortunately, IMO, they are junk. The fill valve is not a real fill valve, just a screw with an oring under the head.

Sounds to me like someone bought a RatWorks aluminum cylinder, and swapped the good OEM ends onto it and kept it. Which is what I do on my own guns.

I wouldn't sweat the oring in the barrel band, I always remove them on mine.

Like I explained in your other thread, you need to make sure the brass valve in the action is tight and the orings under it are good and as they should be.

The cylinder should fill fine off the gun.

I recommended how to fix it on your other thread. I don't know how else to help you without pictures or having the gun here. Hope you get it straightened out.

The fill probe O rings should be 5mmX1.5mm.

I removed the Oring from my front barrel band as Thumper said he does as well.

DonnyFL sells a machined stainless fill probe for the HW100 with integral foster end if you find that you have the wrong probe, or it is a baggy fit.
In a pinch, you can use a Steyr 110 fill probe to fill the HW100, just insert it til both o rings are captivated in the port.

Thanks for the help.
I replaced the orings on the fill probe, and it holds a seal now.
I also tightened the 10mm brass fitting. It was loose. The leak from the brass fitting decreased by 90%, so this should be the culprit.
Even though it leaks bad now, I think proper orings should fix it. So I hope the mailman delivers those soon.
I am attaching pictues of the cylinder. I am guessing it is the junk one?

That's actually an A&M Gunsmithing titanium cylinder. That's a nice piece there. These don't have a check valve in the action end, so they don't hold air off the rifle. That explains why you can't fill it off the gun. I wish you would have mentioned that at the beginning!

I suspected the brass valve was loose, I mentioned checking it in the very first post...

The kit arrived from HW100 tuning. So I remover the brass main valve with 10mm socket. After it was loose, I spun it out with my fingers, and I was surprised that the 8mm insert (inlet valve A) shown in the picture unscrewed.
The NBR90 oring looked flat, so I fished it out with a needle, because I assumed there was a replacement in the kit. But, there was no NBR90 oring in the kit. So I put the original back it. I think it is worn, but I had to put in back in.
I did find the oring under the brass valve cracked, so I replaced it. That seemed to help a bit, but it still screams air. I replaced the 005 oring on the brass valve 3 times. Still leaks bad. Leaks louder as the pressure is increased.
So I don't know what to do now. I think the NMR90 oring is bad because I abused it when I removed it.
Air still leaks out the relief hole in the receiver.
I have a second kit, and Amazon said I will get a BUNA N 70 metric and standard kit Friday.
I guess I could order the kit in the picture?
