HW/Weihrauch HW100 Hard to come by or Not ?

Are HW100 hard to come by I see AOA has a preorder so are they only in stock ever so often. I've seen a couple used one on Feebay go for retail .

Is worth buying a used or wait till AOA gets some in stock ?

I don't know whether AoA can't get them, or is choosing to stock less overall inventory while Customs duties are fluctuating so wildly.

You might want to give them a call and find out how quickly they could get one if you ordered one. I don't know whether they are the initial importer of these into the U.S., or if they may get them from an importer's warehouse already in the U.S.

HW seems to ship once a year. I think they are over due at this point.

I would buy used, but not on fleabay.

Seems that the HW100 airguns are hard to find, they are definitely worth looking for though.

I've had a .177 and a .22 HW100 for many years, I'm fond of both of them.

I have one throttled back to 610FPS with 9.1G 177 pellet. I easily get 6 magazines of 14 rounds per fill, with probably 2 more mags if I wanted. That is 7.5 FPE, and it tears right through the targets in the house.
I have another set up for outdoor silhouette at 820 FPS with 9.1 grain pellet. Both are quiet, and accurate. Triggers are wonderful. Lots of stock options, I prefer the sporter version.
They are easy to rebuild, and kits are easy to find. I owned 5, and they are a low drama rifle. If you want to shoot, they are great tools.

I’ve got two. One in each caliber , both thumb hole stocks. One in laminate which I prefer because of the adjustable comb. If Weihrauch ever release a .25 cal I’m sure I’d be signing up for one also.
