HW100 .22 shot string. Need help to iron out inconsistency

Only 3 shots in this string ruin the game. These are 914, 911 and 912.

Pellets used JSB 18 grain. FAC .22 gun 24" barrel. Regulator set at 135 bar as per factory setting.

I serviced the gun and replaced all O rings but 3 shots in a complete string ruin accuracy at 50 50 yards.

Any help please.

I'd say as long as its within 25 FPS, it is pretty consistent. Three outliers out of twenty five shots. Not bad at all

+1 for a hunting gun.
On my old HW100 0.22 I found that ES varied with pellet type. The best I got was 8-12 fps using Baracuda Match 22.1 grains.

Did you weight the pellets?

Is this a new gun or an older one? A new gun might just need to settle in. Your ES is neither really bad nor really good. I would expect better, though. I like to see =< 10fps.
A lot of people with HW100 find lubrication in the hammer area can cause inconsistencies.
A leaky regulator will show up as higher velocity if your rate of fire is inconsistent.

It's 3 years old gun that I serviced now and replaced all O rings

If you had put any lube on the hammer that might be it. Hammers should run dry. Otherwise let it settle in. I wouldn't be overly concerned.
