Hunting bloopers and mishaps

As some of you know I spend a ton of time in the field filming all sorts of different videos. Many of these trips unfortunately don't go as planned but it's still funny to look back on. This past year has been difficult but I've tried to stay positive and laugh at myself. I get so pissed off sometimes from either lack of good sleep, poor weather conditions or really just not being in the mood to film. Here is a short spoof as well as some outtakes from a few trips.

I'll do one better - Dana, your videos are the only ones I watch. You keep them interesting and your production quality always gets better. I know you are promoted by AoA but I still feel you give people a real feel for the airguns you test. Keep up the good work - and bloopers video are always enjoyable.

@Crosman999 When you were joking us around that rock Marley was on the job like, “ok you’re talking to them about what now? C’mon and help me find the damned thing! I don’t smell s&@7!!” Lol. Now I have a few questions.

One, I think that many of us that have or have trained dogs to fetch can relate to the moments when the dogs want to play with their toys on their own. Sometimes they do ll around with them, lay down and gnaw on them, paw at them, roll over and kick them into the air, or throw them to themselves. Does she do that to you too or just Terry and others that play with her?

Two, was that a spotting scope camera that Terry had on a rifle scope? Or is that a mini Night Site knockoff type of deal? Either way he looked like he almost had to cross his eyes to get a good picture. Hopefully he got his money back.

Three, what happened at the tent just before you threw the firewood? Did you smash your finger or break/bend a stake?

Four, ahhh the drone crash. Anyone who has flown a drone before probably had a good idea of what occurred during that portion of the video. Hopefully it didn’t delay your outing for long in attempt to retrieve or clean and repair it.

Thanks for sharing your outtakes.

Thanks for checking it out! Marley is pretty good about entertaining herself but as far as playing ball she generally doesn't bother with it unless someone actively plays with her. Like many things with filming I have to keep in mind of camera angles, I was setting it up on the wrong side with door facing wrong way. I actually did smash my finger pretty good with the blunt end of the axe. Terry had bought a Scopemate NV unit that has been the biggest POS we've ever used, Total junk. He got hosed big-time, basically had to strong arm them into sending a replacement after the 1st one stopped working. The new unit turned out to be equally as worthless.

@Crosman999 The part where he said “I got hosed! And you replied, “Let’s just be real. It sucks!!” I started laughing. I’ll keep that in mind about a Scopemate unit. He’s entertaining.
