Hummingbird & Hawke Frontier

Been carrying the Wildcat mostly this season, so figured the Hummingbird needed a hike in the fall woods. Just bought this scope on here from a member, put it on the other day & sighted dead on @ 40. I am a scope junkie & this scope was a good fix for my aging eyes. 2.5 -15 power and illuminated dot. WOW, that dot really stands out on a squirrel. I was afraid the dot might be too large, not @ all, covers maybe 5/16" at 50 yards, excellent clarity. For tree squirrels perfect. I really love the Wildcat, but the Hummingbird is just a tad nicer to carry, so flat & quiet. These was high ridge squirrels shot both when out of breath @ 35 yards. Thanks Yen, for a great scope.

Thanks Michael, it is strictly a hunting piece & has enjoyed a rough time over the years. Actually I have had very little problems, except recently it quit indexing. I just removed the indexing parts and now index manually , which is fine for hunting. I currently have over 6 PCP riffles & this one edges out all the rest in accuracy & a most natural shooter.
