Huma Regulator fitting in Daystate Huntsman Classic 177 FAC

Pretty easy job, I've done it on my Regal XL FAC. Hardest part for me was removing the air cylinder which required a good amount of heat. I'd think the 177 would be good without one, probably even better than the 22cal. It is nice though not to have to worry about the filling and refilling pressures. The XL air tube may be longer than yours so keep in mind you'll lose a little capacity installing the regulator. Here are the fitting instructions from Huma.
