For those that have done both- do you find rebuilding/polishing an fx reg is as good(better?) than just replacing with huma regs

Are you keeping both regs? Front or rear? I went to a Huma rear reg for the higher range of set pressure. If you want to get more power for the heavier slugs that is one option. But if you are just doing a repair/maintenance personally I think its a toss up which is better.

The original reg can be as good as Huma. You may just replace the piston with a brass one and you are all set.
