Tuning Huma parts vs OEM FX Impact parts

I ordered the Huma probe as well as their transfer port. It was an easy install, but I was surprised that the probe is a little longer and the transfer port is a little shorter than the OEM parts. I noticed the barrel fits into the port a little differently, more of a square flush fit where as the OEM port almost felt like it was seating into an o-ring.

Went out today. -7C, approx 1500' elevation (if that makes any difference).

Shooting the JSB 33.95gr pellets on MAX I had an average of 828fps. High 837, Low 793, Spread 44.0, STD Dev 12.9. Shot count 24

Shooting the JSB 33.95gr pellets on MIN I had an average of 603fps. High 610, Low 598, Spread 12.0, STD Dev 3.5. Shot count 6

Shooting the JSB 25.39gr pellets on MIN I had an average of 692fps. High 712, Low 668, Spread 44.0, STD Dev 14.2. Shot count 23

Shooting the JSB 25.39gr pellets on MAX I had an average of 943fps. High 1009, Low 912, Spread 97.0, STD Dev 15.1. Shot count 28

Not sure why one shot was so high at 1009fps. I was shooting fairly rapidly, when the weather gets nicer out I'll take my time and give the regulator a chance to recover between shots to see if that makes any difference.

I'm still under 300 pellets through this rifle so I'm not getting too excited about any of the velocity results so far. On MAX with no moderator this thing is almost rimfire loud which seems a little much for a 700mm barrel at these velocities. MIN is definitely good though. I'm wondering if the regulator might be set too high at the current 100bar.
