OK, upon further inspection the holes in FX valve are on sides (Huma Tool can be used both ways) When I had a CZ S200 cylinder with that type of valve I used a pipe hanger clamp. I drilled and tapped the opposite side for a 2nd screw and it came off without issue. Anybody who has taken apart one of those cylinders will tell you there are none tighter.
