How accurate are the dials on the huma regulator. I see there is a numbered dial on them. But is that just a guide. Or do you guys use a tester???

I adjusted mine to 150 bar and installed and it was a perfect match on Huma gauge I installed.

I have a Huma Reg tester just to see how actually close it is to being spot on and I tested 2 humas the both was only off by 2bar by all settings from 100bar to 160 bar so I think the are very accurate. John

My Huma regulator had a small bit of error, perhaps ten bars low (150 pounds less pressure than what it was set for). The Marauder I put it in has a gauge, so it was easy to detect and correct for.

Think mine showed 107 bar when I set the scale to 110, that`s pretty close. Measured with an edgun digital gauge on the bleed hole.

Just remember, it is a sticker with pre-measured increments. I'm sure they apply that sticker to the reg to match a specific output. Just an example, but if they test/adjust a reg to 120bar than that's where they align the 120 mark on the sticker when it goes on... Its all mechanical so there will be variations and that variance could easily increase the further you get from what ever they used as a starting point. Still, mine have been pretty dang close.
