What are you talking about? This can be shipped to the USA with no issues. Looks interesting for sure, you would loose your sound damping of the Shroud but should tighten barrel up. Need a stiffer top plate though

What parts do you need to change? I received one as well and the two rear mounting screws are off about 1/2 a hole width. Did you ask about returning it for a refund?

It's the barrel block from the MK I or II.

In terms of the return, I'd have to pay the shipping plus import tax.
