I contacted Huma through their website contact option, and they reply by email requesting some picture. So I hit replay on that email that I got from them, attached the pictures and sent them. However haven’t received an answer back yet. I did replayed a second time to that same email, in case the first one did not go thru, and nothing. So I was wondering if that email you get after contacting them thru the website can be replayed to… or do they have another email that has to be used that am unaware of? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I got responses up until I called them out on a slightly incorrect item and then silence. Things are strange right now with a lot of businesses.

When did you send the reply? They are 6 hours ahead of us so you may not get a reply until Monday.

You have to look at the underlying e-mail when you hit the “reply” button from something you receive from a sender. Sometimes it’s going to go to the “no-reply” bin.
