Hi guys,
So there was suggestions that the Huggett on the FX Wildcat MK2 .25 is causing zeroing issues on the scope. Namely, every time you take the rifle out and put on the Huggett the rifle grouping is off, possibly touching the barrel just enough to move the grouping.
Anyways, the suggestion was to compare to the stock. So tonight, in an indoor range with nobody else around I compared the Huggett versus the Stock, and honestly I don’t hear a difference at all. The only noise is the pellet hitting the target. When the Huggett is attached it will change the precision a bit, you’d have to rezero as it’ll be off just a bit compared to stock.
Anyways, with this thing of the Huggett being removed, and attached and every time causing the shots to be off, I am thinking of just using the Stock, and leaving it on.
Has anyone else noticed no difference, in sound, using the stock versus Huggett moderator?
Maybe it’s something you hear or notice from a distance but I couldn’t tell any difference in terms of noise using a stock versus a Huggett
