Huben Power - Anyone had an issue ordering lately?

So I placed an order on June 27th. Before and after placing the order my main email contact has been with Nick. Last response was 3 weeks ago stating the items would ship within the week. Since then crickets. Still shows as paid but unfulfilled on Huben Power website when I login. Getting pretty frustrated as I've heard great things about thier products, but this is leaving a sour taste in my mouth.

Ordered a Dream Universal on July 20th. Shipped July 25th
Arrived Aug 02

I've never seen "unfulfilled " status before.
It would seem to indicate the item is out of stock.

I was thinking the same, but was told both before and after placing my order the items were in stock. Not sure what to think

I would send Nick daily emails. They are in Hong Kong but he has always responded within a couple days to my emails.

My last was enquiring about the Dream Universal. It showed out of stock on the web site. He corrected that as they were in stock. I ordered and it shipped a few days later.
