You've looked more into the kits then I have, is there one that doesn't use the AR style grip?

here is where i was resighting my scope that had removed &reinstalled , the top was just shootin at the first pellet impact , the lower was rapid fire with Jsb 18's 22 ca 30 yds

If you do not want the AR grip then just go with Moistone rear adapter that lets you keep the original grip and get one of the dozen buttstocks available that fit to the weaver adapter.

I love the AR kit but I strongly suggest not to buy the poor man folding stock, the joint hangs so low that it's impossible to get a good grip.
I contacted the man about it but in the meantime I would refrain from buying one if I was you.
