Huben K1 doesn't shoot anymore after reassembling.

Disassembled/reassembled a Huben K1 a dozen of times, but this time it does nothing anymore when i pull the trigger?
Regulated part has air, the breech also (while filling you can hear/see the magazine triggering around 80 bar point).
Tried powerwheel open, close, 50%, regulator at 170 bar etcetera, but nothing.

Anyone an idea what i might be overlooking?

Try taking off the linkage and manually moving the firing lever at the rear.

Tried that, doesn't shoot.

Without the safety on, the lever goes only a little bit further than with the safety on, 1 millimeter (0.04 inch) tops, is that okay?

The mystery of hammerless guns. I have not personally taken any of mine apart. This will definitely be a good read.

I think the gun doesn't think it's cocked. Check that cocking lever what it actuates and manually actuate it.

How's about degassing it and checking for a broken spring and or pin in the mystery valve? Or the spring that goes back and fourth during semi auto mode?

I've seen this issue before and only on the guns that have the two oring buffer in them. Sometimes the orings get chewed up and pieces get stuck in the sear preventing it from releasing. The other issue as I see it is the orings are too soft and let's the hammer striker move back too far and then gets stuck as it cocks just a tiny bit in the bore. Polishing and lubing does help. But the best thing to do is replace the two orings with a one piece buffer similar to this.
