How would a bug buster work on a Bullpup?

Hello Had the old style 4x on a Talon ss for years and worked very well plenty of parellex adjustment as well as hold over/under points with the mill reticle some say that the reticle is a little thick but for hunting not a problem. My daughter has the new version on her Beeman R7 and works great. For an inexpensive compact hunting scope its hard to beat. Hope that helps Eric

Noticed it just now; it has a built-in bubble level 😁

That's bad ass 👍

Every scope should have this feature!

Bug busters are great for a mid range springer. Affordable springer rated scope that won't die.
That being said, I would pursue a more refined compact scope for a PCP BP. Maybe something with a glass etched illuminated finer reticle. 2nd FP or FFP windage reticles are what I'm mainly switching over to for any airgun used past 75 yards.

Those Christmas tree reticle scopes are excellent for gauging impact/distances in wind or the 100-300 yard hold off/over game.

Crossbow scopes are the right size but the BDC reticle isn't properly matched.

Scout & pistol scopes on a forward cantilever maybe perfect for what you want on a BP. If extended dialing is needed, gain 40moa with Burris XTR Signature self aligning rings with fitted inserts. Heck they're almost necessary if you wish to keep a good scope centered.
Other ideal scopes for BP's are carried by EDgun West. The Dedal Stalker is primo perfect albeit a bit pricey.

I don't think this conversation is much to do with a bullpup. I think what is more interesting on the Bugbuster scopes is the short eye relief. Personally, I wouldn't consider a Bugbuster on anything but short range work where I am not in a hurry. I will need the extra time to locate the target in the narrow scope when compared to something with more eye relief and a larger tube. This doesn't seem like a less is more type of scope to me. I have one on a springer that is rarely used. To me, the Bugbuster is an option when I would rather have a scope over iron sights. In fact, I'd probably never buy one again if I was going to do it all over..
