How well does Hatsan USA pack their pellet orders?

I found some pellets I'd like to order at Hatsan USA. The price seems good. I wanted to ask if anyone has ordered pellets from them and how well do they pack the pellets for shipping. I normally order from Pyramyd but they have been out of stock for a while on the pellets I want. Pyramyd and Utah always pack very well but Hatsan is new to me. Thanks for your help.

I just received an order of ten tins of slugs from Hatsan. I placed the order July 6th, they shipped on the 7th, and I got them to my front door today(July12th). They were in perfect condition...tins were triple wrapped with tape and double wrapped with bubble wrap. Even the box itself was in perfect condition. I give them five stars for service.

Thank you. I have since made an order from Hatsan and I would agree with all that you said. I actually messaged their customer service team and received a quick reply explaining how they pack pellets for shipping. I made an order and was very happy with their packing. It’s not as thorough as Pyramyd Air but the pellets arrived in perfect shape.

I ordered from Hatsan because my order from Pyramid was back ordered for over a month and I wasn’t sure if they were ever going to get a shipment in. I got my slugs today and when I opened my email I got the message from Pyramid that their shipment just came in. When I placed the order I locked in at $11.99/tin. Now they are $12.99. So now I will have 15 tins of slugs…should last for a while. When it rains it pours.

I've never quite figured it out but I always get free shipping from Hatsan.
Buy a rifle: free shipping
Buy parts: free shipping
Buy pellets: free shipping

I buy when they have their 20% off site wide sales, like the recent 4th of July sale.
