How to remove the Vulcan's shroud

I have seen a few people asking on how to remove the shroud on the Vulcan so here i am going to show you with pictures.
This is how the shroud should look when it is secure to the rifle

After you unscrew the shroud it will look like this

Then you just wiggle it back and forth a little and it will pull off. These are the threads near the muzzle the shroud screws into

When you pull it off you are going to feel a little bit of resistance because of the O-ring in the back side of the shroud

That is how you remove the shroud on the Vulcan i hope this helps if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks much' do appreciate the pics...thought that was all there was to it but wanted to make sure. Better than writing here after the fact have stripped something and receiving replies " can't believe you forgot to loosen set screw 47"

My shroud seems to be stuck on. Should I use a rubber strap wrench?

I tought mine was also stuck. It could turn just about a 3/4 of a turn, maybe a 2mm, and then it stops. So I took a piece of cloth and grabbed it strongly with both hands ( gun was in a clamp) and broke that last bit. I could feel that part was hardest. After it came loose normally.
