How to NEST a Circle in Adobe Premier Pro?

Hey guys. I see alot of people cut out a round cutout of thier scope camera, then overlay it onto another layer of video. I can only seem to do this with square shapes, using the Nest tool on Premier Pro.

How to I get a circle cut out to overlay?

I know this may be hard to explain, but if anyone wants to give it a shot, please do.

There are various way to do it; this is just one.

Place the "scope video" above the main video, and adjust the scale as needed.

Above the "scope video" add a Transparent Video, and from effects add a Circle. Adjust the size etc. of the circle.

Add a track matte key to the "scope video".

Set the Track Matte to the transparent video (in this case video 3).

Last step is to select both videos 2-3, right click, select Nest so they will both move together.
