How to make 100's of pellets INaccurate!

I suffered a tragedy today while practicing...

ROFL!!

It wasn't a "crash" as you might think. More of a dull "thunk" sound that made me think, "maybe it's not as bad as I think it's going to be." Then I looked. UGH!! 

Considering that I won't count on a pellet for accuracy that falls from the shooting bench, this entire pile is now junky practice ammo.

These were at the bottom of the pile and probably sustained the most damage. trash.

I'm glad I just picked up some fresh tins from AoA recently! LOL!

As a kid we used to play 52 pick up with a deck of cards. You must be in the big league for 500 pick up.

Tom —- get a 2X10X10 drill a hole in it that will hold your Chinese food container full of pellets and it won’t happen again.

I forgot to mention... The ones that I decided to keep are currently drying. I re-washed them in order to get any dirt granules off. 

@Julez - I won't trash them. I'll give them to someone that can use the lead for fishing or casting.

Mine usually end up in the dirt. They then go in the bucket to be melted into bullets.

just for fun, put 10 bad ones in a mag and shoot them to see how bad they affect your accuracy

Ouch, I've done the same thing in our gravel driveway. What a mess, it took me forever to pick them up, not to mention how long it took me to sort and wash them. I swore I'd never do that again. About a month later... Dad, I dropped the pellets! Urgh, same gravel driveway, same mess. I sure am glad JSB is switching to screw top lids!

I had a brand new tin of washed and lined JSB MKII heavies come open in my jacket pocket today, but man - nothing like that! Gravity 1 Tom 0?
