Trying to contact Barra but phone does not answer my calls. They delivered my order somewhere else. I dont know the receiver who signed my order. Fedex delivered wrongly. I hope barra will solve the problem
This. Fedex will contact the driver that did it. The few times in my life this has happened they always made it right.Call Fedex. They will know where the driver stopped, the trucks are all tracked and they take a pic of the package if they just leave it at the door.
Hopefully you paid with a credit card. Call your CC and inform them of the situation and possibly file a fraud report. Send a email to Barra informing them of the situation and tell them about the fraud report. Nothing gets a business to respond faster than a CC fraud report. CC are their life blood for payments and they don't want it messed up.Called Fedex. They told me they delivered in 4 miles away from my place. And they told mem sender changed the address. Barra says they did not change it. And i am left without 400E. I hope Barra will solve the problem

THey want to investigate situation. I dont think thats good way to work with customers. Be careful everyone. Its barra or Fedex made mistake
