How to clean dreamline classic stock?

Sort of a basic question I know, but what do you guys do/use to clean and protect walnut stocks. Ive only ever owned polymer/metal guns prior to this so I am unsure as to how to proceed. The stock on the dl classic looks like it has no finish on it at all. I was thinking about using a wood furniture product like orange glo or pledge orange oil. Would the lack of finish make it more susceptible to potentially warping or swelling?

One of the best products to use. Rub it in-wipe off the excess.

I really like ARH Royal London Oil. I typically do about 3 coats, stopping just as a satin sheen appears. I then clean using 1/2 rubbing alcohol and half water on a rag that has most of the solution rung out.

Thank you guys for the suggestions, I'll definitely look into both of them. With the whole virus thing going on I have a lot of free time to do small projects such as this.
