New to the forum and PCP airguns. I just bought an HW100. The cylinder was not installed, and I can't find any info on how tightly I should attach it. Should it be torqued to a certain level? hand tight? Thanks for any info!

My HW100 will sometimes need an extra snug up after attaching, just check it an hour or so later for leakdown (a small amount is normal, as it cools). You will see a small O ring on the valve, go ahead and order replacements. Since the cylinder has to be removed on that rifle to remove the barrel, and since the barrel has to be removed for a good cleaning, you will be removing the cylinder more often than most others.

I had a problem with 14x1.5mm oring behind the inlet valve, I've replaced it with 14x1.65 and had no problems since, snug fit is enough now.
And definitely get some spare orings for the inlet valve. I believe size is 2.57x1.78
