Yes sir. Got a 6k tank with regulator and a booster pump when the 6k tank get low. Cleanest method for filling pcp.

Compressor traps are drained every 5-10 minuets or so while filling direct to gun or bottle filling.
Higher fill pressure need more frequent trap clearing .... More humid the air, more frequent the clearing etc etc etc ....

I use a hand pump and I believe it is too slow to produce enough moisture to actually get into my guns. I vent the line every 40-50 stokes. After 10+ years of exclusive hand pumping, I have never found any evidence of moisture or corrosion in my airguns.

I would say that depends. But it works for me.

I’ve been filling SCBA tanks for years using a consistent method that’s worked really well. Every five minutes during the fill, I manually purge the compressor. This simple step, I believe, is the most important part in keeping moisture out of the system.

I also run a large in-line desiccant filter—one of those big blue or gold ones you can find on Amazon. Even with that in place, I rarely see any moisture buildup in the beads, which tells me the frequent purging is doing most of the work.

I use a couple different compressors—an Omega Air Charger and an Omega Trail Charger—and follow the same process with both. Once I’m done filling, I disconnect everything, open the compressor’s bleed valve, and let it run for a few extra minutes. This helps dry out the system internally before shutdown.

It’s a simple routine, but it’s kept my air clean and dry with no issues.
