How many different hammer weight for the Impact M3 out there?

I got the original 6 gram + 2 rings that make it 7 gram

Got the Huma hammers 7,5 and 8,5 gram

Just received 2x tungsten hammer as I got two M3's, one is 13,72 gram 14,16 gram so got a difference to work with there also

Wonder if there is any options between the 8,5 Huma and these 14 gram tungsten hammer?

You can have them made rather easily. The spacers can be made of steel, brass, or tungsten for one. For two, you can have tungsten weights made of various lengths with different size heads.
