How high will they go ?? FWD 124/127D

I would be interested to see if it actually sells.

The JNC stamping will add some but I don't know how much.

It looks like they stayed away from the checkering when it was refinished. It would be worth trying to redo and replicate the original dark walnut. Some will still come out very nice.

I put it in my watch list. I'm curious if it sells as well. Redone stock, no sights, doubt it.

The Jnc on a FWB 127 puts it into a very rare status. I started a post about a 127 Jnc I found a few months back and collectively for those who responded there was a total of about 4-5 known/mentioned. That's not to say they are all that exists but as compared to the 124 Jnc which sounds like dozens are known supposedly less than 5% were Jnc stamped in the 127 model. The refinished stock, no sights etc. as mentioned are substantial detriments to the one on eBay.

Plus, that shipping cost is way to high. Probably was insured for the full amount. For me the total would be $1481 !! Nope ! Not me !

I just read the full description which I did not do before asking about the Mis-Stamp mark. My bad !

When Santa prints $ and hands out welfare checks to people who don't need it it's considered expendable income. People use it to buy things they wouldn't ordinarily buy. Doesn't matter how much they spend of the free income. The purchase is considered free. Christmas in July! Old St. Nick better be careful with his budget. The chickens come home to roost. Where's he gonna get the chicken feed?

I emailed the seller regarding the sights and stock. Here is the reply.

" HI CS.
Thanks for your interest in the 127.
Admittedly the stock is refinished. ...it's mentioned in the add....done professionally.

Also present is the mention of the Beeman Rear Site Plate and Muzzle Brake. Combined they are more valuable than the open sites.

So, as it's only day 2 of the auction, I will keep you posted. For now, I am going to let it run "
