20,000 lumens against the snow is awesome. This was last nite.
I really like nite shooting. You can see the trajectory of the shot much easier with the skirt of pellet lite up, with larger calibres. Crow

I agree! That is awesome! I am starting to reconsider my position of not wanting to annoy my neighbors with a flood light as that is awesome. I never shoot past 7:30 or so. What kind of light are you using? My little light advertised an insane number of lumens, which wasn't true.20,000 lumens against the snow is awesome
I forgot to mention that, but you are right. That is one of the more satisfying parts of shooting at night, with a back light on the pellet. It may be fun to intentionally crank the power up to make a pellet spiral, just to see it "dance" in the lightYou can see the trajectory of the shot much easier with the skirt of pellet lite up
I'm planning on doing the same thing on my BR target. I was planning on getting a solar charger, like this one at Harbor Freight, to maintain the battery so I wouldn't have to "lug" a battery up and down a hill. I shoot over a valley, so that wouldn't be fun.I set up a 12v battery and LED light with remote control. Works out pretty well.
I got this lite at Costco around $130. Can. in US probably be $90 -$100.I agree! That is awesome! No kidding! A dual head unit like that would support me well as I have probably a little over 100 degree span to shoot all my targets. When I recorded the video, I had to move the camera while I changed mags. It’s daytime on my range which is up to 45 yds. when turned on. I can pick up snow targets in the woods beyond to 60 yds. It’s really erie because the range is bright and all around is pitch black, I’m in the woods.

You could put a piece of tape over the sensor to make it more "numb" and make the light come on earlier. A piece of painters tape may do the trick nicely. Different tape pass more or less light, depending on thickness and material and all thatAnother situation is it does not turn on until it gets very dark
