Just received a HPA filter. Both hoses have a leak between the hose crimp and quick connect assembly. Twisting the hose crimp relative to the QC assembly, in one case stops the leak, at least temporarily, in the other just slows it down. Didn't want to fiddle with them much since I don't know much about these assemblies. Looking for recommendations, try and fix, or see if supplier will replace

Contacted seller. Said to tighten nuts. One hose greatly improved the other had some improvement. Kept tightening but neither would not leak above 4000 psi. Took one apart, found “washer” in poor shape. Tried to clean up and tighten but ended up damaging washer. Tried to find washers at hardware store but none found that would get above 4000 psi. Where does one find washers for these connectors, the white one in picture?

Teflon o-rings, PTFE. Can find on Chinese retailer's web sites. Roughly 8.5mm OD x 1.25mm ID x 3mm thick.
