the One Shot label says,,not for use on certain plastics with "styrene" content,,,,,,dont lube your styrofoam with it
I am testing it on an o-ring,,,put o-ring in empty pellet tin,applied spray, put lid on,,I will look at it later and see if I can detect any softening/damage of the rubber, I don't expect any.
One shot has hexane in it ,,bunaN has a satisfactory rating for hexane
EDIT: 24 hrs later I pulled the o-ring out of the tin,,carrier fluid has all evaporated and o-ring is still good by my eye and feel, no black residue comes off on a white facial tissue
