Anyone know what the fitting and thread size is? I want to replace them with some PC cooling dripless quick disconnect fittings.

Could you post a link to the fittings that you are looking at using?
The threads are 1/8 M10x1 metric. Don't even think about using those computer fittings. Even if you could match the thread size, they won't handle the pressure involved.
Make sure that those connectors will work well with silicone hose which is needed because it may come into contact with those stainless tubes which are very hot during operation. Other kinds of plastic hoses may melt.

Sorry, I misunderstood the question. The threads for the coolant spigots are 1/8 BSPP.
