I got in some JSB Exact 18.13 to try out. I noticed some of the skirts were bent so I made a tool to straighten them out. I found a piece of aluminum and got one of my Matco drill bits the size of the skirt, and drilled four holes. I needed something to press the skirt into the hole so I found a piece of, one of my wifes old cutting boards. I cut it 1/4" square and rounded off the edges. I chucked into the drill press and smoothed it round, I then started working on the tip to get same size as inside of pellet skirt. Now all you have to do is drop in pellet and push rod into skirt. It works great and cost me nothing but time. One thing I didn't mention is I needed more depth in hole so I drilled holes in each corner and tapped holes to accept screws. The depth was perfect for length of pellets.http://i1217.photobucket.com/albums/dd391/mrjohns/DSC_0178%201024x685.jpg Tried to post picture but didn't work this time.
