Bought a second Gamo Express 22 Shotgun used off this site and rifled it myself. Here are the results after I finally got her dialed in at 20 yards

So did you take a smooth bore and push a rifling button down the barrel?

Yes sir! Had hammer the tungsten rifling button through the barrel with lube.The barrel is actually is at least 1/2 inch diameter of soft steel, so it doesn't so much as cut grooves as it creates rifling grooves by compressing the steel to create grooves
