In this video, I show you how to make heavy duty sustainable spinning targets that will not break the bank. The one thing I did not show in the video is that you must drill out the 1/4" hole at the top of the A1011 steel target from 1/4" to 17/64 or .2656. If you do not enlarge the hole they will not spin nice on the 1/4" rod as they fit too tight.
