Holding the wildcat

So today I went out to my shooting range with my w/cat .25 for some fun time, the day before I shot my taipan .22 std and shot my best 100 yard groups yet, 1.5-2.0 inches, I really have been focusing on my hold, patience and breathing. Same distance with the cat yielded 3.0-3.5 inches. So the w/cat and taipan obviously have different triggers, with more noted play in the cat. So I started to grip the cat further back, instead of gripping it like a .45 with a death grip I brought my hand back, with more room from my hand and the back side of the grip my trigger finger was not wrapped around the trig and I had better control, my groups tightened up. I went back and forth to check my math and the loose method worked great, I evened up with my taipan group. I hope this might help someone else.
