As we know, there isn't a great amount of detailed information on resolving issues with the RAW's other than what's on the forums. I would make the suggestions in my post above, in addition to thoroughly cleaning the hammer of any lubricants (and remove that o-ring!). You should also do your best to clean the inside of the chamber that the hammer slides in. You can use a dowel wrapped in a rag or paper towels moistened (not dripping wet) with isopropyl alcohol. Ideally, both the chamber and the hammer should be completely free of any lubricants, so the hammer flight is consistent. Feel free to give this a shot and post your results back here.
