Hill MK4 pump hard to pull up so it needs a piston reseal or o rings only???

I have a MK4 (it has composite base so I assume that is what it is.. see photo. It is hard to pull up so it appears I need a piston seal rebuild kit. very light use so do I need the orings only or a full seal service kit. Where is the best instructions video? thank you

I've had this happen twice on mine. First time, I only had it a few weeks and was hard to pull up. I contacted Hill and they sent a partial seal kit to address this concern. I took it apart with the supplied instructions and didn't see anything wrong. I didn't replace any seals, I just cleaned and LIGHTLY lubricated during reassembly with the supplied silicone grease that came with the pump. All was well.

Then, after a year plus of use, it started doing it again. This time I disassembled completely and installed all of the supplied seals. Worked well again. I was surprised by the amount of crud and light moisture induced corrosion in base body.

This you tube video for reassembly was helpful but I couldn't find one for disassembling. I just had the watch it and reverse engineer the video.

I found the kit Hill sent me to address this problem and thought you might like to see the instruction sheet. Like I had stated previously, I only cleaned and LIGHTLY relubricated the first time it happened. Hill may have over lubed on assembly and with little use, your internal parts should not be worn out yet. It was really easy to do.
