Hill MK3 leaking at bleeder valve

Hello all-

Need help to where can I order the below part #2. My pump been sitting in my garage for the last 6-8m. Now when try to use, air leaking from the bleeder valve. Tries tighten it but still leaks, I think the plastic derlin? is going bad.

Could try turning the disk over, smooth it's surface out if heavily dented or find a friend with a small lathe and have a new seal disk make.

First you can try flipping around #2 and see if that helps and if not then as a quick band aid just to keep it sealed not leak while pumping use thin cut strip of Teflon tape on the 1/3 to 1/4 threads closest to bleed knob. White one may be fine but the yellow gas line version works better. 

You can also try a thin faucet washer and mod it to fit. Thicker would be better.

I'll try to pick out that derlin/washer and sand it off a little or replaced it with a hd part if they have it the same size.

It may not be the washer at all but the needle valve not Sealing. There could be corrosion on the needle or the seat.

the needle look to be in good shape and screws in a far in as it can go with my fingers.
